Delivery

Free UK Royal Mail standard delivery is offered on all full-price orders over £200.

UK delivery includes Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and the Isle of Wight.
Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.

International Deliveries

For all international delivery enquiries, please email info@innesmitchell.com and we will provide further information or a shipping estimate.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any courier charges, duties or local taxes.
If a shipment is refused, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred, and the cost of returning the parcel to us. These amounts will be deducted from the final refund once the return has been received.

Please note that we do not offer free exchanges on international orders.

Returns & Refunds

You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order under our change-of-mind policy, and within 30 days if the item is faulty.

Items must be unused, unwashed and returned in their original packaging with tags attached, unless the item is faulty.

To initiate a return, please email info@innesmitchell.com with your order number.
We will send return instructions and the return address. Please retain proof of postage.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an exchange is not available, a refund or store credit will be offered.

Statutory Rights

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
